What are the requirements to receive my Stem payment?

Stem remits master (sound recording) royalty payments via Direct Deposit (ACH).

You will only be eligible to receive payment if the following conditions are met:

You've entered complete payment information by the end of the month prior. For example, to be eligible for payment in June, your deadline for entering/updating payment information is May 31st.
Your contracts have reached consensus by the end of the month prior. You and all shareholders have accepted your splits. If your shareholders have not reached consensus, feel free to send them this FAQ.
You have submitted current and accurate tax information by the end of the month prior. For users in the United States, this means submitting a W-9 and confirmation from the IRS. For international users, this means submitting a W-8 BEN/E. Here's how to submit your tax information.
You're owed at least 50 USD. If you are owed less than $50 USD in new finalized earnings, you will not receive payment.
As of August 2020, Stem will continue to to pay out any Stem account that was previously using PayPal. However, new PayPal account connections are not supported.
